With over 30 years experience in the hi-fi industry in both retail and distribution, David is more from the old school of hi-fi with a passion for 2 channel stereo systems and is never happier than when setting up a turntable! Though streaming has also been embraced especially Hi Res & Tidal

Munir - Assistant Manager: Joined Audio T in 2002

First Job: straight out of college in 1988, Munir started working for Microvitec Plc. This involved using video pattern generators and light meters to video calibrate very expensive monitors for the Reuters news agency. A precursor to today's ISF video standards used for projectors, plasmas etc, in fact, setting the greyscales and colours "by eye only" was a challenge I enjoyed getting involved in.
Top Bands / Artists: (at the moment) John Coltrane, Bonobo, M83 and Matthew Halsall & the Gondwana orchestra.
Top Films: Rashomon by Akira Kurosawa(still at the top), The Revenant and Lord Of the Rings trilogy.

Thomas - Sales Consultant: Joined Audio T in October 2025
Favourite Album: It's a tough one, there's just too many choices! If I had to pick, it'd be toss up between 'Homework' by Daft Punk or 'Richard D. James Album' By Aphex Twin.
Favourite Genres: Garage, breakbeat, dubstep, house, techno, experimental electronica, metal, jazz, hip-hop.
Best Gig: Skrillex at the Manchester Apollo 2012
Favourite Film: Again, it's hard to pick just one favourite. I'd have to say, Blade Runner, Alien and Batman (89')
Hobbies: Music production, DJing, Gaming, Fashion, Weightlifting & Travelling.
First System: From what I can remember, it was a Sony all in one system CD player with speakers. It's still alive and kicking today, somewhere at least (Surprisingly.)
Current System: KRK Rokit 8, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Gen 4, Audio Technica ATH-M50X, Sennheiser HD-25 & Pioneer DDJ-FLX6 4 Channel mixer (Yes, I'm a sound & audio engineer, producer and DJ; if you couldn't tell.) The Hi-Fi is still a work in progress, but I'm looking at you Hegel & ATC.
