Home Loans and Demonstrations
We can arrange home loans of equipment, subject to status and availability, as well as home demonstrations for customers who would benefit from hearing equipment in their own room. This is subject to arranging a mutually convenient time and may depend on the travelling distance involved. Please contact your local Audio T store to discuss the options available.
Audio T Online
We offer free next-working-day delivery on hundreds of products to UK mainland addresses, excluding Saturday deliveries. Orders below £50 are subject to a fixed £4.95 delivery charge. All products are subject to availability, and we will always try to provide the most accurate delivery information possible.

Demonstration Rooms

You do not need to be an expert to hear or see the differences between equipment. Your own eyes and ears are what matter, so please contact your local Audio T store to arrange a demonstration.
Installation
We are always happy to share the benefit of our experience in setting up and positioning equipment to achieve the best possible performance. A professional installation can make a significant difference, whether it involves building equipment racks correctly, dressing cables neatly or finding the best position for your loudspeakers. This expertise is part of the service available when you buy from Audio T.
Authorised Retailers
We are authorised by the manufacturers to sell all the products we stock. This means our staff receive appropriate product training and can offer knowledgeable advice. Our warranties are supported by the manufacturers, and we can help arrange repairs efficiently when required. We are also happy to answer any ongoing technical questions you may have.
You may also upgrade your purchase to a higher-priced product within 30 days without a financial penalty, provided the original equipment is returned in perfect condition with all packaging, accessories and instructions. Clearance products and special orders are excluded.
Guarantees
We honour all applicable manufacturer guarantees and are happy to help with ongoing technical queries. Guarantees will normally exclude consumable items such as drive belts, laser assemblies, styli and lamps. Please check the individual manufacturer’s terms for full details.
