Audio T Complaints Procedure


If you’re not completely happy with our service, we’d like to hear from you – that way, we can put things right.


We do everything we can to ensure our customers receive the best products and the highest level of service. However, we recognise that sometimes things don’t go as planned.


Our aims are to:


• Make it easy for you to let us know what went wrong • Give your complaint the attention it deserves

• Resolve your complaint fairly and without delay

• Ensure you're satisfied with how your complaint was handled


How to Make a Complaint


If you're unhappy with any aspect of our products or service, you can raise your concerns in the following ways:


1. Contact the Store In the first instance, please contact the store (or online team, if applicable) where you made your purchase. Let them know what went wrong and how you’d like the issue to be resolved.

2. Escalate to Customer Service If the store hasn’t resolved the issue to your satisfaction, please contact our Customer Service team by email at info@audio-t.co.uk or in writing to:
