Audio T Complaints Procedure
If you’re not completely happy with our service we’d like to know about it, that way we can put it right.
We do everything we can to make sure our customers get the best products and the best service possible, however, sometimes we may not get things right first time.
We want to:
- Make it easy for you to tell us what went wrong
- Give your complaint the attention it deserves
- Resolve your complaint fairly and without delay
- Make sure you are satisfied with how your complaint was handled
How and where to complain
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our products or service you can tell us about your issue in the following ways:
- In the first instance contact the store (or if applicable the online store) where you made the purchase and explain the situation to them and how you would like them to resolve it.
- If that initial contact doesn’t resolve the issue then please email Customer Service at info@audio-t.co.uk or in writing to 65 Park Street, Bristol BS1 5PB
- If Customer Service hasn’t resolved the issue then please contact our Operations Director Tony Revelle at tony.revelle@audio-t.co.uk
