1.2. No contract exists until we have successfully processed and confirmed your order. Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) on a weekday will usually be processed on the same day, subject to confirmation. Orders placed after this time will generally be processed on the next working day.

1.3. We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order in whole or in part. If cancelled, any monies paid will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.

2. Pricing and Availability

2.1. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are believed to be correct at the time of publication.

2.2. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right not to process your order. We will contact you with the correct price and offer the option to proceed or cancel. If we do not receive a response within seven days, the order will be cancelled automatically, and any payment refunded.

2.3. All goods remain the property of Audio T (UK) Ltd until paid for in full.

2.4. In rare cases where a product is discontinued or unavailable, we may, at our discretion, offer a substitute of equal or greater value at no additional cost. You will be contacted for confirmation before dispatch. If you do not wish to accept the substitute, you may return it at our expense.

3. Payment

3.1. By using the checkout facility, you confirm that the payment details provided are correct, that you are the authorised holder of the credit or debit card used, and that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction.

4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1. You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

4.2. To return any item, you must first request a Returns Authorisation Number by contacting our customer service team.

4.3. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange for their return and cover the cost of return postage. In such cases, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

4.4. Please note that cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalised. This includes, but is not limited to, bespoke lengths of cable or custom-terminated interconnects.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5.2. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. Website Availability and Service Interruptions

6.1. We may temporarily suspend access to www.audio-t.co.uk for maintenance, upgrades, or for reasons beyond our control. While we will restore service as soon as reasonably possible, we are not liable for any loss resulting from such suspension.
