Online Store Delivery Information
We use a range of carriers to deliver most items. Smaller items (such as cables and accessories) are typically sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for orders over £50. For orders below £50, a minimum charge of £4.95 applies.
Quotes are available for Saturday and next-day delivery upon request.
All delivery services apply to orders shipped to UK mainland addresses only.
Alternative Delivery Addresses
You may request delivery to an alternative address, provided it is a business address. Acceptance of orders with a different delivery address to the cardholder’s is at our discretion, and we may request proof of identity to verify the address.
Partial Deliveries
We do not currently offer the option to part-ship orders. If our supplier chooses to part-ship at no extra cost to you, this will be at their discretion.
Delivery Timescales
Items are delivered according to the service level selected at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time and cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by delayed or missed deliveries.
In some cases, parts of your order may be shipped from different suppliers. This will be indicated in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account.
Non-Mainland UK Deliveries
Our standard delivery charges apply only to UK mainland addresses. The following areas are not included in this and may incur additional charges or extended delivery times:
- Northern Ireland (BT)
- Isle of Man (IM)
- Isles of Scilly (TR21)
- Western Scottish Isles (HS)
- Orkney Isles (KW)
- Shetland Isles (ZE)
- Any postcode beginning with KW, IV or PH
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses or the Channel Islands (GY and JE).
Missed Deliveries
All deliveries require a signature. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card with contact details for you to arrange redelivery. Couriers typically make two attempts. Audio T (UK) Limited cannot be held responsible if the courier does not follow this process.
Delays Outside Our Control
Audio T (UK) Limited will not be liable for any delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, war, pandemics, strikes, or government action.
Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged, please refuse delivery, clearly stating the goods are to be returned to the sender, or note the damage on the courier’s paperwork at the time of signing. You must then notify us within seven working days, using a durable medium (email, letter, or fax).
Undeliverable or Refused Orders
If an order is refused or returned (excluding those refused due to damage), we reserve the right to deduct a maximum £30 administration fee from your refund.
Store Delivery Only
- Up to 20 miles from your local shop – £20
- Over 20 miles – price by arrangement
Delivery and Installation
Every installation is unique. A simple setup (e.g. installing a set of speakers) may take as little as an hour and is charged at £40 per hour. For longer jobs, we offer the following rates:
- Half day – £125
- Full day – £250

For more complex installations—such as routing cables through walls or fitting speakers into ceilings—a bespoke quote will be provided by one of our trusted subcontractors.
