Rather than using a straightforward two-way arrangement with a tweeter sitting between two identical mid/bass drivers, this is a genuine three-way design with twin dedicated woofers, a separate Camelia midrange and a D.A.D. Arrow Point tweeter.

That dedicated midrange is particularly important. Dialogue is one of the centre channel's main responsibilities, and separating the voice region from the drivers producing the lower frequencies gives Sonus faber much greater control over how speech and central effects are reproduced. The Camelia driver itself has filtered down from development work on the flagship Suprema, complete with its unusual flower-inspired diaphragm and asymmetrical Organic Basket.
