The EarMen ST-Amp is a neat answer to the question of how much proper desktop Hi-Fi can be squeezed into a genuinely compact chassis. It combines a USB DAC, fully balanced headphone amplifier and variable analogue pre-amplifier in a box measuring just 170 x 150 x 30mm.
