Important: The Artera Mono Is a Monoblock
One QUAD Artera Mono powers one loudspeaker channel. For a conventional two-channel stereo system you need two Artera Mono amplifiers - one for the left loudspeaker and one for the right.
The 300W and 400W ratings therefore describe the output of each individual monoblock, not two amplifier channels inside one chassis.
300W Into 8 Ohms

QUAD Current Dumping Technology

How Current Dumping Works

Switching the System On and Off
When the amplifiers are being operated manually, QUAD recommends switching the power amplifier on after the rest of the system and switching it off before source equipment.
