Linn Klimax Twin Power Amplifier
The most versatile, efficient and accurate power amplifier ever made is now available with two channel silent power. The Linn Klimax Twin Power Amplifier is a high performance two channel power amplifier designed for use as a stand alone stereo power amplifier and in multi-amplifier and multi-channel audio and audio/visual systems.
The Klimax twin power amplifier matches the size and appearance of the Klimax solo and sets new standards for single component stereo power amplification. Delivering signal pitch accuracy, clean power delivery, thermal efficiency and reliability, the patented circuitry delivers 125W into 8 ohms and 230W into 4 ohms of clean silent two channel power from a cool-running LP sleeve-sized product less than 5cm thick that weighs less than 10 kilos.
The machined-from-solid clamshell construction of the Klimax Twin casework is a beautiful and unique design that allows a variety of installation options for music and cinema applications. The compact case housing the Klimax Twin protects, screens and stabilises internal electronics and forms the heat exchanger that dissipates the power from the amplifier circuitry. A central cooling channel and fan assist cooling during normal operation. Inside the Klimax Twin, two electrically and mechanically isolated circuit boards, one a unique Linn Silent Power Switch Mode Power Supply, the second a board for the twin channel audio circuitry, provide unsurpassed twin channel performance from a single compact audio component. In keeping with the Klimax Solo, a blue LED illuminates the front panel to indicate operational status.

Sound Sense
All Linn power amps are designed to be efficient even when not in use. Auto signal-sensing detects the presence of an audio signal and minimises power consumption by reverting to sleep mode when inactive, while fault detection and protection mechanisms help safeguard your system against short circuit or excessive load damage.
