• Eligibility: This promotion is available exclusively to residents of England and Wales. Each customer is entitled to one free health-check per turntable.

Turntable Check-Ups

1. Service Scope:
   • Turntable check-ups are provided as a complimentary service and are limited to the assessment of your turntable's condition.
   • This service does not include the cost of any parts or labour required for repairs. Any repairs or parts needed will be quoted separately.
2. Eligible Brands:
   • The check-up service is available for the following brands: Audio Note, Audio Technica, Clearaudio, Cyrus, Denon, Linn, McIntosh, Michell, Naim, Pro-Ject, Rega, and Technics.
   • Not all Audio T stores will be able to service all the listed brands. Please contact your local store to confirm brand eligibility before bringing in your turntable.
3. Store Discretion:
   • Exclusions and limitations on the brands serviced are at the discretion of the store manager.
   • We strongly recommend contacting your local Audio T store before bringing in your turntable to ensure that your specific brand and model can be accommodated.
4. Booking:
   • To schedule a turntable check-up, please contact your nearest Audio T store to arrange an appointment.

Free Home Visits

1. Eligibility:
   • Free home visits are available only to locations within a 10-mile radius of an Audio T store.
   • This offer applies to UK mainland locations only.
2. Geographic Exclusions:
   • Certain locations, such as the Isle of Wight, may be excluded from free home visits due to the additional cost of ferry crossings or other logistical considerations.
   • The store manager has the discretion to determine eligibility for free home visits based on location and other factors.
3. Scheduling and Availability:
   • Home visits must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
   • Please contact your local Audio T store to arrange a convenient time for your home visit.
