"I've used my local branch (Reading) of Audio T intermittently over many years. They've always been excellent, that's why I return. Most recently, Marc gave me a lengthy and knowledgeable demonstration of Rega's RP8 turntable, which subsequently I bought (review elsewhere). Then he installed my old cartridge, arranged delivery of the turntable, and installed the turntable at my home for a token sum. The turntable itself, which had to be ordered from Rega, had arrived from the manufacturer within a few days. I had some trouble with the tone-arm, and Marc came round next day to fix it. Perfect.

I just wanted to let you know what a brilliant job he has done for us from start to finish. The highlight was probably me managing to break my Bundy cable whilst moving my pre-amp. Simon came round at the end of day on a Saturday and realising the problem at 6.30 in the evening took me back to his house where he produced a spare cable out of his loft!
It’s been a pleasure doing business with him from start to finish and this in stark contrast to my recent experience with one of your competitors . Having spent £4000 on a new set of Spendor speakers I was somewhat surprised to find that not only did they not expect to install them they actually didn’t expect to even deliver them to me!
