Max – Store Manager: Joined Audio T in October 2016.

Max joined Audio T after developing a lifelong interest in Hi-Fi, inspired by his grandparents’ enthusiasm for music and audio. He is the proud owner of a Linn Sondek LP12, partnered with an Audio Note system, which he uses to play his favourite LPs.

He has not shied away from the digital side of things either, and also enjoys streaming Tidal and Qobuz through a Naim NDS.

Current system: Linn Sondek LP12 with Ittok tonearm, Dynavector 20X2 cartridge, Naim NDS, Audio Note OTO Phono SE amplifier, Chord Company EpicX cables and Audio Note AN-K/D loudspeakers.

Favourite artists: Max enjoys a wide variety of music, ranging from jazz, neoclassical and rock to electronic music, hip-hop and reggae.

Justin – Assistant Manager: Joined Audio T in August 2019.

Justin spent ten years as a professional photographer and documentary film producer, culminating in the award-winning film Vanishing Sail.

Joining Audio T marked a new career direction, allowing him to pursue his passion for music and high-end audio while helping customers get the best musical performance from their systems, whatever their budget.

Hobbies: Hiking, documentary films and cryptic crosswords.

Current system: A 1994 Rotel 930AX amplifier, Technics PG480 CD player and Mission M71i speakers. It is the nostalgic first system he bought while at university and, like a faithful old dog, he cannot bring himself to put it down.

Favourite artists: Justin enjoys a very wide range of music, from Mozart and Prince to Led Zeppelin.

Paul – Sales Assistant: Joined Audio T in August 2025.

Paul spent 30 years working in post-production sound for film and television, earning numerous awards and receiving six BAFTA and three Emmy nominations.

Having worked in professional recording studios and enjoyed home Hi-Fi since his teenage years, moving to Audio T and the world of high-end audio seemed like an obvious progression.

Hobbies: Film criticism, live music and making strange noises in his home studio. He is also a theremin owner and enthusiast.

Current system: Audiolab 8000S amplifier, Marantz CD6007 CD player and Mission M711 speakers.

Favourite artists: Paul’s obsession with orchestral film music began when he first watched Jaws as a child. He now owns more than 4,000 soundtrack albums and is also partial to country and Americana.
