"Audio T Brighton has been my go to hi-fi retailer since 1982 when it was Jeffries Hi-Fi. When Audio T took over I was very concerned about the possible reduction in the quality of service I would receive. I'm very happy to say that my fears were un-founded and that the service today is as good as it was all those years ago. All the guys (Julian, Paul and John) are music enthusiasts that just happen to run a very good Hi-Fi store. No question is too stupid for them (I should know as I've asked a few over the years). The help and support for customers both looking to buy or with queries with existing equipment is second to none. Being able to audition equipment well above my aspirations is pure kid in a candy store stuff for me. It helps to spur on my interest in both music and its delivery system and thus my enjoyment of the hobby itself. I'm not adverse to popping in for a chat with the guys if I'm in that part of town to see what's new or to ask about a magazine review about a piece of equipment, and as always a warm welcome is received. It's also gratifying to have your opinion asked when a new bit of kit has been brought in for pre-production analysis and the invites to special listening sessions with other enthusiasts again is a real treat. Knowing that your input is helping manufacturers to improve their products is a nice feeling (you're not just a wallet to empty). I feel very lucky that I have such a good retailer so close to my home. Many don't have that luxury, having to travel many miles to get good service for their hobby. I have been frequenting Audio T Brighton for my years, recommending them to my friends when they need advice and I hope to do so for many more."
