The European AVC-X3900H is officially an integrated network AV amplifier. It does not include a conventional built-in FM or AM radio tuner.

No. The published rating is measured with two channels driven. Available output depends on the speakers, soundtrack and number of active channels.
What is Denon’s 70% Power Guarantee?
