Spendor A7.2 Floorstanding Speakers
The Spendor A7.2 are passive two-way floorstanding speakers designed for high-quality music systems in medium and larger listening rooms.
Each cabinet combines an 18cm EP77 polymer bass and midrange driver with a new 27mm rear-chambered polyamide-dome tweeter.
The speakers are supplied as a stereo pair in Black Oak, Walnut, Oak or Satin White and are designed and manufactured in the UK.
A Separate Amplifier Is Required
The A7.2 are passive loudspeakers and require a suitable stereo amplifier, streaming amplifier or AV receiver.
Spendor recommends amplification between 25W and 200W per channel. Speaker cable is also required and is not included.
18cm EP77 Polymer Driver
Spendor’s proprietary 18cm EP77 polymer cone handles both bass and midrange frequencies.
Its large radiating area helps the A7.2 produce greater bass weight and dynamic scale than the smaller A-Line floorstanders while retaining a relatively narrow 180mm cabinet.

New 27mm Rear-Chambered Tweeter

Redesigned Reflex Loading

Make Small Adjustments
Changes of only a few centimetres can affect bass balance and stereo imaging.
Complete the basic wall-distance, spacing and toe-in adjustments before making significant changes elsewhere in the system.
Amplifier Matching
The A7.2 have an 85dB sensitivity and a nominal impedance of 6.75 ohms, with a specified minimum of 5.4 ohms.

Levelling and Floor Protection
Height-adjustable spike feet are supplied to level and stabilise each speaker on suitable carpeted floors.

Do not place exposed spikes directly onto wood, laminate, tile or other delicate surfaces.
