Wharfedale EVO 4.1 Speakers
Wharfedale’s new EVO4 has grown out of the extensive research and development that produced the ELYSIAN flagship loudspeakers and borrows much of the technology involved in ELYSIAN.
The primary focus is on the AMT development resulting in a radically different way of reproducing high frequency detail efficiently and accurately. Similar cabinet technology to ELYSIAN provides a stable and solid foundation for the drive units with radiused edges to help integrate the driver output with the room acoustics. In addition the unique SLPP bass reflex system, as developed for ELYSIAN, is now incorporated in EVO4.
Wharfedale Evo 4.1 bookshelf speakers are compact standmount speakers that feature similar tech and matching design to the Evo 4.4, 4.2, 4.2 and 4.C models. Fitted with 5" Woven Kevlar Bass Driver, and 55x80mm AMT HF driver system developed for high quality performance at a reasonable price.
Powerful Sound, Affordable Price
The Evo 4.1 speakers are modelled on the technologies and concepts seen in Wharfedale's highly acclaimed Elysian speakers. Emphasising on incorporating Air Motion Transformer technology in the speakers, the Evo series offer a high quality sound with low distortion guaranteed. The AMT driver provides low distortion and enhanced dynamics.
Designed for any taste
The Evo series of speakers come in three colour finishes; white oak, black and walnut. The sleek curves of the speakers exhume style and the Evo 4.1 design is a great hi-fi addition to a room no matter what your taste is.
Kevlar Materials
Alongside this, the Evo range use advanced Kevlar fibres which are durable yet lightweight for the woven cone which accompanies a low-distortion motor system, both which are fitted with a low-loss rubber surround.
