Stand Height and Speaker Position
The FS-600 S3 measures 600mm high before spikes are fitted and approximately 622mm high with the supplied spikes installed.

The final tweeter height will differ between the larger 606 S3 and smaller 607 S3, so listening-seat height and distance should still be considered during setup.
Positioning the Stands
A useful starting point is to:
- Position both stands the same distance from the listening seat
- Leave suitable space between the speakers and surrounding walls
- Avoid placing either stand tightly into a room corner
- Keep the bases completely level and stable
- Use matching toe-in for the left and right speakers

Assembly

Complete one stand at a time and protect the visible surfaces from tools, grit and sharp objects during assembly.
Attach the Speakers Carefully
Ask another person to support the speaker while it is aligned with the mounting holes and secured to the top plate.
Use only the correct supplied fixings and do not overtighten the bolts, as excessive force could damage the speaker cabinet or threaded inserts.
Moving the Stands
A filled FS-600 S3 stand with a speaker attached will be considerably heavier than the unfilled 7.4kg stand.
Do not drag an assembled stand across the floor or attempt to lift it by holding the speaker cabinet alone.
Disconnect the speaker cable and ask another person for assistance before moving the complete assembly. Where practical, remove the speaker from the stand first.
Stability and Household Safety
Speaker stands should be positioned where they are unlikely to be knocked, pulled or used for support.
Take particular care in homes with young children, pets or narrow walkways. Speaker cables should be routed so they do not create a trip hazard or pull the stands off balance.
