Dynaudio Focus 10 Wireless Active Speakers
The Dynaudio Focus 10 is a complete wireless active music system built into a compact pair of premium standmount speakers.
Each speaker combines:

This Dynamic Bass Extension system can produce deeper bass at lower and moderate levels, while progressively protecting the driver as volume increases.
Current Focus firmware also allows Dynamic Bass Extension to be switched on or off through the Dynaudio app.
Sliding High-Pass Protection
A dynamic sliding high-pass filter protects the 14cm driver during demanding high-level playback.
As the volume increases, the system progressively limits the deepest frequencies to reduce excessive woofer excursion.
This allows the Focus 10 to provide impressive bass from a compact cabinet while maintaining suitable protection for the driver and amplifier.
Published Frequency Response
Dynaudio specifies a frequency response of 43Hz to 22kHz at 85dB within a +/-3dB tolerance.
The published dynamic response at the wider -6dB tolerance extends from 22Hz to 36kHz.
The dynamic lower figure should not be interpreted as fixed full-output extension at every listening level. The DSP adjusts the deepest bass according to level, excursion and protection requirements.
Streaming Services
The Focus 10 supports a broad range of integrated streaming and network playback options.

Qobuz Connect
Qobuz Connect support was added to the Focus range through firmware version 1.2.120.
This allows playback to be selected from the Qobuz app and transferred directly to the Focus system without relying on Bluetooth from the controlling device.
The Dynaudio app and speaker firmware should be kept current to access the latest supported features.
Roon Playback
The Focus 10 can operate as a network playback endpoint within a Roon system.
This allows music managed by a Roon server to be selected and controlled through the Roon interface.

Apple AirPlay 2

Shelf and Furniture Installation
The Focus 10 can also be positioned on a rigid shelf or suitable furniture unit.
The support must:

The Black High Gloss and White High Gloss versions use a deep, smooth lacquer finish.
High-gloss cabinets should be cleaned carefully with a clean, soft cloth to reduce the risk of fine surface marks.
Natural Wood Finishes
Walnut Wood provides a darker and warmer appearance, while Blonde Wood uses a lighter natural tone.
Natural wood surfaces can display individual differences in grain, colour and pattern.
The cabinets are matched as a stereo pair and should remain together as supplied.
Brushed Aluminium Details
Brushed anodised aluminium trim rings surround the Cerotar tweeter and MSP driver.

Running-In Period
The Focus 10 can be used immediately after installation, but the driver suspension may continue to settle during the first several hours of normal playback.

Cabinet and Driver Care

Is the Dynaudio Focus 10 sold as a pair?
Yes. It is supplied as a complete stereo pair comprising one Primary speaker and one Client speaker.
Does it require a separate amplifier?
No. Each speaker contains a 280W amplifier for its mid/bass driver and a 110W amplifier for its tweeter.
Does it require a separate music streamer?
No. Network streaming is built in, although external analogue and digital sources can also be connected.
How much amplification is built in?

Do both speakers require mains power?

Which streaming services are supported?

Does it support Qobuz Connect?
Yes. Qobuz Connect support was added through Focus firmware version 1.2.120.
Does it support Roon?

Can it connect through Ethernet?
