Two 205mm Upper Intervals
The remaining two standard equipment gaps are approximately 205mm high.
That provides comfortable space for the majority of conventional hi-fi sources and control electronics, including:

Do Not Forget the Cables
An amplifier chassis may be only 450mm deep, but substantial interconnects, speaker cables and IEC mains connectors can require considerably more room. Check the complete installed depth rather than relying solely on the manufacturer's chassis measurement.
30mm MDF Shelves
The equipment platforms are manufactured from 30mm MDF with a finished lacquered surface.
The combination of substantial thickness and relatively uniform material structure provides a rigid equipment platform while avoiding the continuous natural grain found in solid timber.
