Naim Headline 2 Headphone Amplifier

Naim Headline 2 Headphone Amplifier

The HeadLine 2 is an amplifier designed to offer premium performance from a wide variety of high impedance headphones.

The amplifier is factory fitted with a captive lead designed to take its signal from the tape socket of any Naim preamplifier apart from the NAC 152 XS. It has its own volume control and is designed to be very, very quiet in operation and will drive most headphones to a high level whilst retaining very low distortion. This is very important as headphones tend to be highly revealing of both noise and distortion, so that is why Naim have gone to great lengths getting these parameters to extremely low levels.

The HeadLine needs to be used with an external power supply such as the NAPSC as a minimum. If using a FlatCap XS, HiCap or SuperCap to garner even greater performance then you will also need a special interconnect; the SLIC.
