Wayne – Store Manager: Joined Audio T in 2017.

Favourite album: Delicate Sound of Thunder by Pink Floyd.

Favourite music: Mostly rock, grunge and metal from bands such as Nirvana, Avenged Sevenfold and Black Sabbath, although Wayne also enjoys artists including The Kinks and Chris de Burgh.

Favourite films: The Lost Boys, the Terminator films, the Back to the Future trilogy and The Whole Nine Yards.

Best gig: Avenged Sevenfold at Download Festival in 2014.

First system: Yamaha Home Cinema system and speaker package.

Current system: Arcam FMJ Home Cinema system, Monitor Audio speakers, Pioneer plasma television, Xbox One, Naim CD3.5 CD player and a custom orange Rega RP1 turntable with a NAD phono preamplifier.

Nick – Sales Consultant: Joined Audio T in 2022.

Favourite music: It is impossible to select just one favourite, as it depends on his mood. Particular favourites include London Calling by The Clash and the music of Matt Berninger from The National.

Best gigs: There are too many to choose from, but Nick fondly remembers seeing punk bands at The Granary in Bristol, Hothouse Flowers at Róisín Dubh in Galway and Lisa Hannigan with Stargaze at the Barbican.

Favourite film: Pulp Fiction.

First system: Nick started with a car stereo connected to homemade speakers and a 12-volt power supply. He later moved on to an Arcam Delta 60 amplifier, Rega turntable and Ruark speakers.

Current systems: An AV system based around an Arcam AVR and Orthidian speakers, plus a stereo system featuring Chord Electronics and Wilson Benesch speakers.

Alan – Sales Consultant: Joined Audio T in 2023.

After enjoying a long career in journalism, Alan reached a stage in life where he wanted to try something different. Having been a Hi-Fi enthusiast since the 1980s, the opportunity to work for Audio T offered exactly the change of direction he was looking for.

Favourite artists: Pixies, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, Radiohead, Nick Cave, Massive Attack, PJ Harvey, Jack White and Creedence Clearwater Revival.

Best gigs: Pixies in Exeter in 1990, who were thunderous, quirky and simply brilliant. He has also seen The Rolling Stones twice: first in Leeds in 1981, when he was 17, and again in Southampton in 2017 with his son, who was also 17 at the time.

Favourite films: Blade Runner, Alien, The Godfather trilogy, Unforgiven, The Wicker Man, Withnail and I and films by Quentin Tarantino.
