Welcome to Audio T Portsmouth, your local specialist for Hi-Fi, Home Cinema and expert audio advice on the South Coast.

Located on London Road in the heart of Portsea Island, our Portsmouth store became part of the Audio T family in 2002, having previously been known as Jeffries Hi-Fi. Today, the store offers a friendly and relaxed place to explore a wide range of products, from traditional two-channel Hi-Fi and turntables to music streaming, headphones, 4K TVs, projectors and complete Home Cinema systems.

Our knowledgeable team is here to help you find the right system for the way you listen and watch, with a purpose-built demonstration room available so you can hear the difference for yourself before making a decision. We can also arrange home demonstrations, installations and system advice, helping you get the best from your equipment in your own space.

We also offer turntable servicing and upgrades, helping you keep your record player performing at its best. Whether you are building your first proper Hi-Fi system, upgrading an existing set-up or planning a Home Cinema system, we look forward to welcoming you to Audio T Portsmouth.

Luke, Store Manager at Audio T Portsmouth

Luke – Store Manager: Joined Audio T in 2021.

Luke studied music and production at South Downs College and has always been a music lover. Listening to everything from classical to rap, it is fair to say his musical tastes are diverse.

First job: Working night shifts at McDonald’s while studying at college.

Favourite album: Bad Meets Evil by Eminem and Royce da 5'9".

Favourite artists: Sam Cooke, Aretha Franklin, Madness, Dallas Green, Benny Banks and Artan.

Best gig: Madness at Fratton Park. Nothing short of electric!

Stephen, Sales Consultant at Audio T Portsmouth

Stephen – Sales Consultant: Joined Audio T in 2022.

Before joining Audio T, Stephen had worked in retail for three years. Although he enjoyed the work, he never felt a real connection with the products he was selling and decided it was time for a change.

Favourite artists: Stephen’s musical tastes are varied, with some of his favourite artists including Maroon 5, Bastille, Vance Joy, Coldplay and Twenty One Pilots.

Favourite films: Baby Driver, Ender’s Game, Ready Player One, How to Train Your Dragon and The Sorcerer’s Apprentice.

Favourite games: Call of Duty, Rainbow Six Siege, EA Sports FC and Fortnite.

Parking

A limited number of free parking spaces are available in our car park at the rear of the shop, accessed from Heathfield Road.

If the car park is full, paid on-street parking is available on London Road, within approximately 20 metres of the front of the store.

We’ll pay your parking!

When you make a purchase in store, we will reimburse your parking fee by deducting it from the cost of your purchase.

Please ask a member of staff about the parking refund before making payment.
