Home Loans
We can arrange home loans of equipment (subject to status) and also home demonstrations, especially for those customers who find travelling difficult. This is subject to arranging a mutually agreeable time and there is usually no extra cost involved (subject to the travelling distance).

We offer free next-working-day delivery on hundreds of products to UK mainland (not including Saturday deliveries). For orders below £50 there is a fixed £4.95 delivery charge. All items are subject to availability and we will try our best to give you the most accurate delivery dates. Demonstration Rooms

We are always keen to give you the benefit of our long experience in setting up and positioning equipment to get the very best out of it. We think you will be surprised at just how much difference a professional installation can make – be it correct rack building, cable dressing or just loudspeaker placement – this expertise can dramatically improve the sound and is part of the skill set you are tapping into when you buy from Audio T.
Authorised Dealers
We are authorised by the manufacturers to sell all the products we stock. This means we have trained staff who know what they’re talking about. We have an after sales service you can count on: our warranty is backed up by the manufacturers and we can arrange the repair of items efficiently. We are also happy to answer any ongoing technical queries you may have.
We also allow you to upgrade your purchase to something better for up to 30 days, at no cost penalty provided the returned equipment is in perfect condition, complete with all packing and instructions (excludes clearance items and special orders).
Guarantees
We honour all manufacturer guarantees and are happy to answer ongoing technical queries. Guarantees normally exclude consumables such as drive belts, laser assemblies, styli and lamps.
